For a long time now, pet accessories have only satisfied the pet lovers’ average needs. When we looked around, we could see that there were lots of dull and expensive pet accessories. We loved the idea of making our pets look stylish. We wanted to adore our pets in attractive designs and looks; we also wanted to dress our pets in stunning outfits and accessories for different occasions. Based on this concept, we launched Adorable-Pets.com.

Our mission is to provide a range of quality and stylish products that is suitable for both everyday needs and special occasions. Whether you take your dog out for a walk, to the beach or to a party, our products are designed to meet the demands of all the occasions. We select each of our products based on its design and quality, from practical pieces through to those just for show. We aim to bring you the most attractive and stylish accessories for all different occasions. Refunds

Each item will be inspected before a refund will be issued. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) working days, after original goods received.

Consumer Guarantees

Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations, you have the right to have goods replaced, repaired or to receive a refund where:

the goods are faulty;
the goods are wrongly described;
the goods are different from a sample shown to you;
and/or the goods do not do what they are supposed to do.

These consumer guarantees are implied into all consumer contracts and cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. These are in addition to any voluntary warranties offered by a manufacturer.

Return Policy Change of mind

We hope that you are delighted with your order, as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong decision or simply found the item cheaper elsewhere.

We recommend you choose products carefully and preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact info@adorable-pets.com.au as soon as possible, with the order number and the product condition.

Damaged goods must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. Please note that you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

When returning faulty items, we will refund the purchased price of the item(s) excluding postage costs. Any shipping costs to return the original product will be at the cost of Adorable-pets.com, only up to the value of the original delivery charge. If you require an exchange on a damaged or faulty item, we will not charge you again for delivery.

Shipping Charges

Cost for delivery is a flat fee of $10 per order, within Australia only. If your single purchase transaction exceeds $100, standard shipping is FREE!

Shipping & Returns Processing & Shipping Time

Each order will be processed and shipped out within 24 – 48 hours after payment has been received. Deliveries within Australia will be via Australia Post. Please allow 5-7 working days after your order is dispatched.

You will be advised of the expected time frame of your order via email from us, if there are stock availability changes.
